Bob is an experienced professional trainer and facilitator. He has held training and HR eadership positions in diverse organizations ranging from Ralston Purina to Edward Jones.
He earned his doctorate from Saint Louis University with his dissertation research focused on the use of assessment methods at corporate universities.
A member of the adjunct faculties of Maryville University in St. Louis and the Keller Graduate School of Management, he recently conducted a graduate level program on corporate social responsibility in Shanghai, China.
Bob is the author of An On-the-ground Guide to Developing a Code of Ethics and Related Training and Six Characteristics of a Comprehensive Training Strategy.
